What I like about matching make up, dress, and accessories together is the chance to play with colors.

Make up tip:  

Do not pick up only colors from your dress, it can be boring. Make some contrast. If you are not sure, go for neutrals. It's always a safe option:)

How to switch from office look to a party one

Must have item n.1 , could be worn in the office, dinner or any party.

Yes, if you don't have black dress already, go and buy one:)

Office style should be more serious than party one. Put your blouse beneath the black dress or take some nice pearl necklace.Your make up and hair should be in neutral colors as you don't want to attract too much attention to your look at work.

Why? Because you are far more than just "beautiful".You are smart.

Your dinner with friends is ahead and no time to go home to change.Your office bag is too serious for you, take  that clutch that you left in the office for occasions like these:) Your pumps are just fine, belt would be great to wear and play with jewelery a bit. Oh, don't forget your lips and eyes to be seen. 

No neutrals needed any more.
